Yo yo yo! What's up folks, Retro here for another Newgrounds update (as I've heavily been missing out), let's begin, shall we?

RETRO'S SMP PART II:

What??? Another SMP?? But didn't you stop the SMP you made a year ago due to someone in the FNF community being a very bad person and a groomer? (Yep, had to do that lol)

BUT YES. I've currently been planning out the SMP to be a fantastic start to get people in and have some fun. Currently we are on Season 2 of the SMP, the Steam and Spirits Season. Season 1 already happened, with it being an introduction to Elanor, Silver Knight, and a bunch of other aspects about the lore of Elanor I'm expanding and want to show before the final Silver Knight story in May, before I delve into other projects.

Elanor Saga/System ReHash Updates:

Curse of Elanor is now complete and is ready to release for Silver Knight's 10th anniversary.

System Rehash will have a story out in June/July. It will be a basic story delving into the life of Dykuma and his family. Be ready for that.

Personal Life Updates:

Man, it's been a wild few months, huh? Been going into college, been getting a job and my license in check, and most importantly, therapy. Been really reasonable with therapy, and its been working out wonders. I've also recently moved! I'm able to go out and take walks now (finally touch grass, as some may say). I'm really happy right now, and I'm thankful for the friends, both online and irl, who have helped me get to where I'm at today. This years been my year, and I continue to make it so. If you wanna be alongside me for the journey back to success, come along. I'll have my hand out for ya to give ya the okay.

Sup, folks! It's Retro here, and I wanted to make quick update regarding some personal life things that have been happening recently.

The past 2 months have been really off and on. I've been heading to therapy, been trying to get my life back together, and other things like that. It's been a real long wild ride. Yesterday, I finally had the courage to tell my therapist about my lack of communication with others, my traumatic past from 2009-2019, and so on and so forth. Was a great time, honestly! Bottling up my emotions like that ever since shit happened was probably not a good idea for me, and so just letting that shit out probably was the best thing ever.

Here's to hoping for a better 2024, boys. I'll make it through, and yall will too.

HEY! I'm sorry for not doing an October or November update, been super busy hanging out with friends, getting my life together, what have you!

So, quick update, art's been getting better, just been doing the usual, hope you like....

RPG's going smooth, got some really cool people to be a part of the mod team, hope you're excited :D

Christmas is only 6 days away and I'm doing stuff for all my friends this year, it's gonna be sick as FUCK

I've been also getting into college stuff as well, passed all my classes this semister and we are so balling right now im so happy

I also tried getting into some new classes for the semiester, gonna try getting a minor degree in uh, meterology like I've always aspired to do :D

Was good homies, it's August, its time to feed yall with a monthly news post!

It's now August, which means I start college here shortly. This is something I was really excited for, and I'm glad to finally start making steps to better myself, and I hope this is one of them. I start on the 21st, so art/projects might be put either on mega hold, or something, idk.

Other than that, the Elanor projects are going nicely, I got some friends helping on the RPG, and I got some more working on a visual novel thingy I wanted to make as a joke. Be prepped for those!

IRL, not much has happened. College prep is all i care about right now. And I'm trying to see if I can maybe find someone to be with soon. idk if I wanna do online dating again or be with someone close, but I'll figure something out.

Wassup! It's July! It's 'Mercia month, and there's not a better time than now to get yall interested in some Updates from yours truly!

First off, I saw that Twitter is being a bitch and is actively trying to kill its site, which will really hurt alot of artists and people who have made an impact on that site. Hopefully either a resolvement is made or another app comes out of the blue and saves the day, yknow?

Anywho... onto the big news!

Elanor RPG Updates

Holy, it's been a minute since I updated, but I've been making some decent progress on the RPG. I've made dialouges for almost all of the characters and the script is nearing completion. I loved making this script up and it was fun having my characters feel alive and fresh. It's like baking cookies, you gotta make them juuuuust right with the right ingredients. I'll start working on it big time soon, but for now, I have an even bigger thing going on...

IRL Update: College

That's right! I'm officially going to college here soon! It's going to be a doozy! I'm super excited to be starting a new page of my life here shortly and it's never been a better time than now. I start in August, and I'll keep you all updated as the months progress!

Anywho, just a small update this time around, I don't wanna beat around the bush too much, but thanks for the support recently! I will keep making art and updates as time progresses!

Oh boy, we got ALOT of progress to talk about, so let's just begin with:

Personal Life:

Okay, so, there's alot of GOODS that have happened recently that I'd like to talk about! First off, I've been with my friends recently more and more, and I've been doing the one thing I should've been doing since 2021, that being working on my mental/physical health. For the past month, I've been exercising (almost) daily, with me officially going under 200 pounds as of May 26th. I am super proud of where I've come at with this and I am working to share more updates as I keep working on the physical side of things. Secondly, I've been talking with my very close friends to try and reason out my mental health issues. That, and with my family issues, have caused alot of tricky binds in my life, and I'm proud to say I am starting to become free of those binds. I've gotten a passport, I'm going to be getting my actual license soon, and recently, I've had my 21st birthday, so I've been able to purchase my very first drink, a Pina Colada.

I'm also in the talks right now to be working at an alcohol shop here in my town here soon! It's gonna be fun, I hope!

That should be IT, for my IRL updates, and that was the bilk of what I wanted to talk about today, but there's still a bit more I wish to talk about!

Elanor (Takeover, RPG) Updates

So, for the past months or so, I've been working on a revision of Elanor Takeover and a new Elanor RPG. I'm actually going to combine the two together and create Elanor Takeover's story as an RPG game, titled:

Spirits of Elanor!

Now, the only things I have to do is get on track, get the stuff in RPG Maker implemented, make the dang game, and get some musicians on board, however I'm not truly ready for that, It'll be awhile.

Other than that, stay hyped!

Closing Words!

As for any other things, I'm glad I'm properly changing my life for once, getting into the swing of things and not letting my past get to me like I did alot last year. I'm hoping that with my changes, I can show anyone I've done harm to, whenever that may be, that I have been trying my best to change for the better, in whatever ways anyone may see fit. With my current friends, my life I've been living recently, I've loved it. I haven't felt this happy in a long, long while.

OH YEAH BABY, YOU HEARD THE TITLE!

I'm proud to annouce that over 1 year later after it's FNF cancellation, I am bringing back Elanor Takeover in a new spotlight.

Now you might be asking "Retro, you made this in Psych Engine in Friday Night Funkin', how is this going to be different? Are the songs staying? Are they leaving?"

Well, to answer those, I'm unsure yet! I'm still in the talks with alot of previous Elanor Takeover members to see if they wish to help with the reformatted version, so expect updates in the months ahead. As for now though, the only thing I'm primarily going to speak on his how I'm going about the "Reboot" of Elanor Takeover.

1. This will NOT be made in FNF, and anything relating to "FNF: Elanor Takeover" will not be in this version. I've Literally called this "Elanor Takeover: No Singing Edition" in the Docs I've been making for the team.
2. The Main Cast (Silver Knight, Dark Crusader, Terravon) will be the same stars of the show. Not much has changed in terms of how the story plays out, but more characters from the Elanor Universe will be shown off.
3. Out of respect for the old Elanor Takeover developers, none of their work will be featured in this new version unless they state it to be.
4. This will be the canonical leadup to "The Curse of Elanor", a followup story I've been making for almost 2 years now.

Besides this, this will be all that I will explain for now. I hope you guys will be excited for the release of the new and improved "Elanor Takeover."

Heyyyyyy, what's good homies, a new month, a new blog post!

As you may have seen, recently I've been making art that's out of the ordinary. It's just because I wanna sprout out my content and art making, and want to make something new for you guys! I hope that you guys enjoy this.

In other news, I believe it's on April 2nd? (I think?) that you all will finally hear my voice as Mr. Dark in FNF: Forgotten by Ubisoft! This will be my FINAL work on anything FNF related, as this will be it, and I'm gonna leave the community. I love Vio, she's my best friend and I'm gonna do anything for her, and that includes FNF content. With that said, this will be it outa me FNF wise, and I'm gonna be moving on to other communities. Friends of mine have been reccomending me back to Fortnite, and just normal art communities, and I've been having a blast!

I'll have more content in the coming days, more usual Silver Knight/Elanor stuff, and all the other stuff I wanna make! :D

Yo! Was good homies! It's been a hot min since I've talked here, and apologies for not updating here at the beginning of the month, I've been busy! The IRS has been up my ass recently and I need to pay them bills! Other than that, I've been with my girlfriend Emily, trying to move up to Canada within the next few months. It's a tedious process, but I'm tryin here, you hear?

Other than that, nothing new in terms of updates, just the usual, like Morpho Knight voice acting, Forgotten by Ubisoft is still in production, yadadada.

I've also disassociated myself with the FNF community back in late Jan/Early Feb due to something relating to an old friend and them cheating on someone, and then in turn that drama being turned into a mod. Kinda weird, dontcha think?

Anywho, one last thing. I personally decided to take down Elanor Takeover from Gamebanana and Gamejolt. It's due mostly on my own faults, but also drama and unrelated matters. After talking to close friends, its the best choice of action to make.

Anywho, thanks guys for supporting me for the ride, its been cool!

Hey! It's the new year, and there's alot of stuff I need to cover for you folks here, so let's just begin and start off with some new things with work.

FIrst off, I'm now a voice actor in the new FNF mod, Forgotten By Ubisoft. It's an EXE Rayman inspired mod, and it's going actually pretty smoothly. I provide the voice of an antagonist for the mod, but I cannot say whom JUST yet. Just know its really cool, and I'm loving every moment!

Second, I've started work on a new FNF mod with a few friends titled "Saturday Morning Supershow"! It's gonna be a blast and I can't wait for you folks to see it!

Lastly, I've gotten some progress on vs. Arbiter, and I can't wait for you guys to see the final thing in action. It's gonna be great.
